First Come First Serve

There is a limited number for group participation, a maximum of 6 participants. Priority is given based on first come first served and for those who attended Toronto, 2010 DIR®/FLoortime™ Conference

Credits

For Speech-Language Pathologists each session may qualify for CEEs/CLACs 1 learning credit up to 10 hours in total, provided it is in line with the participant’s learning goals.

Registration Policy

Participant may register by mail or fax (see below contact information).
Registrations will not be accepted via telephone.
Registration will not be processed without full payment.
Receipts and confirmation of registrations will be sent by email only. Please note that registration fee includes HST as well as Processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, a cancellation notice must be submitted 48 hrs proir to your first session.
Cancellation after deadline receives a 50% refund.
Cancellations on the day or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
A processing fee of 4% on all cancellation will be applied.
