Therapy Programs and Services

Clinical Communication Consultants, CCC collaborate with caregivers and health care professionals to develop individualized intervention programs that best suits the child's areas of strength and needs.

The team is interactive in its treatment approach and uses daily events to help children carry over learned skills to everyday activities and routines.

 

The CCC provide the following therapeutic services and programs:

 Based on the DIR® Model and FloorTime™ Approach

  • Diagnostic Dynamic Therapy (DDT) with a Parent Training component aims at developing an individualized comprehensive profile and a developmental formula. Both of which guide clinician and parents in their efforts toward setting the child's development back on track.
  • Individual, One-on-One or Group Speech-Language and Communication Therapy targets children's intelligibility of speech, and age appropriate functional pragmatic language use within daily social interactive contexts.

 

Fast ForWord Language and Reading Programs

  • Parent Orientation and Coaching sessions outlines the purpose, benefit and logistic of each program and provide parents with strategies and techniques to support their children in training.
  • Participant Language and Reading Training Programs target the candidate's listening and focused attention, auditory and visual memory, meta-phonological awareness, sequencing and processing of oral and written language.
